Overview
This workshop will assist you in understanding the WV requirements for reporting abuse and neglect of children. Shelly Nicewarner, Social Service Coordinator with the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, will explore
- Who is a mandated reporter
- How to report abuse and neglect
- What information to include in the report, and
- The philosophies and processes of Child Protective Services
