Overview
The Essential Strategies module discusses the various intervention strategies that should be considered for individuals at all levels of the matrix. These strategies include availability for learning, trusting relationships, routines, consistency of partners, the individual’s interests, responsive and supportive environments, hand under hand, receptive communication, touch cues, object cues, literacy, wait time, and data collection. It is recommended that this module be watched after the Foundation for Intervention but before watching the level-specific modules.
