This face-to-face session equips administrators, teachers, and parents with the knowledge and tools needed to promote internet safety for young children in Head Start programs. Participants will explore best practices for creating a safe online environment, strategies for monitoring children's internet usage, and ways to teach young learners how to navigate the digital world responsibly. The session covers topics like safeguarding personal information, identifying appropriate online content, and fostering open communication between adults and children to ensure a safe and healthy digital experience for the next generation.
