Overview
Participants will engage in a one-hour online training designed to create sustainable learning environments which promote the evaluation of self-accountability and trust, the shared power between working individuals, transparent and effective communication strategies, and shared learning. There is a post-test in which must recieve at least an 80% to get credit for this course.
