Overview

Creativity is the secret sauce to science, technology, engineering, and math.” Ainissa Ramirez.  In this interactive, face-to-face professional development session, participants learn about the characteristics of STEAM. Participants will get to experience STEAM activities that they can implement with their school age children.

4.4 c. Selects materials that foster discovery, inquiry, imagination, creativity, and actively support a variety of goals
4.5 f. Gives children opportunities to work on integrated projects and investigations that span several days in length
