The FMRS Children's Mobile Crisis Response team helps youth who are experiencing emotional or behavioral crisis by interrupting the immediate crisis and assisting youth and their families in becoming safe and supported. In this face-to-face training, Crisis specialists and a parent support specialist will provide support and teach skills necessary to return young and families to routine functioning, maintaining children in their home or current living situation, school and community whenever possible.

2.1 m. Recognizes the impact of family stress on child development and family function and works closely with the family to link them to appropriate community resources
2.2 h. Ensures services meet the individual needs and strengths of each family 
2.5 a. Helps families and children understand and prepare for a change   
2.5 b. Engages families in preparation and planning for upcoming transitions
2.5 f. Helps children adjust to new schedules and routines
