This session provides an overview of the WV Early Learning Standards Framework for Infants/Toddlers.  Participants working with the infant/toddler age group will discover why standards are used in everyday life.  An in-depth examination of the document will follow with participants becoming familiar with the layout and the the how and why of using it with young children.
