Why do I not Show Credit on My Learning History for a Course that I Attended?
Return to Frequently Asked Questions
You must complete the Training Survey for a Training/Course before the credit for this course will show in your Learning History. You may access Trainings/Courses that still need to have a Training Survey completed by clicking on the Dashboard tab and looking for items that are listed as In Progress. Please see how to complete a Training Survey for further details.
